POLICIES “ON LINE”
In order to obtain your quotation and policy “on line” you will need access to:-
- A working PC with an internet connection
- A working printer connected to the PC you are using
- An adequate supply of ink for the printer and sufficient paper (about 30 sheets) to print off the policy documents and associated information.
- A working email address
- A valid credit or debit card with sufficient funds to remit the premium

The website will then take you through the sequence of tasks you need to complete
- Look at the summary of policy cover for the type of policy you have selected and make sure it fits with the product you need to buy.
- Read our Terms and Conditions.
- Complete the application form.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
If you’re buying Liability insurance the sequence is fully automated and if you are eligible for cover it should take only a matter of minutes to authorise the issue of your policy.
If you are unable to answer “NO” to the questions on Page 2 of the Application form, please see the instructions below*.
If you’re buying trailer or commercial vehicle insurance the system will email your completed application form to us and we’ll contact you (probably by email) with the quotation and premium payment options. These products aren’t fully automated so the process of providing you with cover will take a little longer.
It is most important that, whichever application you are completing, that you answer all the questions and, more importantly, answer them as honestly as you are able. Inaccuracies or omissions may result in your policy failing to perform as it is intended to in the event of a claim. LIABILITY INSURANCE - ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA*
You need to be able to answer “No” to all these questions in order to purchase and obtain this policy “on line”.
If the answer to any question on page 2 of the application form is “Yes” then the website will direct you to another page where you will need to explain the circumstances to which you are answering “Yes”. When you have completed this page it will be emailed to our office with the rest of your contact details from Page 1 and we will then prepare a quotation, or a response from the insurer and email our reply to you.
Our reply will include:-
- An acceptance slip. Please mark the “acceptance of quote” space answering either Yes or No
- If your answer is “Yes” complete the payment slip by inserting your credit card details.
- Finally click the “send” box and we will send you the policy documents by email
